That was difficult to read with no punctuation. In the future, it would help to copy/paste the questions and answer from there. Please try to make sure you've answered them all thoroughly.

The only thing I can tell you is to make sure you put her in a much smaller tank. 20-30 gallons is too big for a 2 month old pacman. Also, get an accurate reading of the humidity.

You should raise the humidity. It should be on the high end of "moderate" or the low end of "tropical" analog thermo/hygrometers are not very helpful or accurate

you should be feeding every other day. Never feed back to back days unless the frog is a juvenile. There may be a digestive issue.

is there any sign of impaction? Lumps on the side?

you need to organize your response and be VERY specific and at least try to answer all the questions. It could be the smallest thing that is causing this.

Unfortunately a vet may be the only option. I would consider one...

at this age the frog will not be dying of hunger this quick unless infection has set in. Please try to remain calm and carefully read through both my advice and others to resolve the problem.

amy, the frog is a year and three months. I would agree on moving the frog but it may do more harm than good at this point

Sorry, I wasn't translating all that well. I read "three months" in my hurry to try to get through it (and looking back I see that I typed even that incorrect, I shouldn't hang out on forums while I'm sick haha.) I believe even 10 gallons is ideal for an adult pacman, correct?

Mike, try giving the frog a bath in luke warm water that is declorinated. Is the lump hard? When was the last time that you found poop? Is the frog sluggish in any way? I do not know the proper technique for bathing the frog in this, but get some unflavored pedialyte.

Amy, yes, for most pacman frogs ten gallons is more than enough space. I would imagine that a large female would need a little more space. However, during times of stress it is not best to move them around unless in order to move them into isolated quarantine. Which, for a pacman frog, is even more stressful because they cant burrow.

Hi and welcome to the forums.

Dont panic! We'll figure that out. By the way, it is normal for adult pacs to not eat for 2 weeks once in a while, especially at that time of the year. In fact my big girlie is resting too, she wasnt eating for 3 weeks now.
However lets see if everything else is all right, so not to miss anything here.

can you please post pic of your frog from top, and pic of the enclosure itself. You also haven't answered to a few qs. How often do you change substrate? Do you supplementing food and how often? Do you use both ca/d3 and miltivitamins?
    what are you feeding her?
please answer all of these qs so we can go further.
    Thank you

Mealworms and superworms both have high levels of chitin, which is very hard for the frog to digest. They are only good as a treat, if that.

Feeding should be 3-4 times a week at this age. Only babies need to eat everyday

Chitin is similar to keratin. It makes up the exoskeletons of many, if not all arthropods. Mealworms and superworms have hard exoskeletons that make it hard to digest. The daytime temps should be 80-83 and a fall at night to around 76-77. These frogs come from hot and humid environments and when you are sweating and feeling miserable they are having a ball.

You are feeding her 3times a day every other day? And she is eating?

Anyhow, no judgement here, lets do what needs to be done now.
how are you feeding her, tongs? Or just dropping food in front of her?

First of all, they dont overfeed, they dont eat more then they can handle, however food need to be healthy, pretty much like for people, burger/fries diet vs healthy diet.
You need to forget about mealworms and superworms, both are fattening, as well as Eli mentioned already, they are high in chitin component that frogs cant digest, feeding those can lead to impaction.
crickets are very poor feeder too, they provide very little nutrition and are not enough for an adult frog.

Get nightcrawlers from any bait stores, make sure they are not dyed, although I've never seen dyed nightcrawlers myself, I've head they do exist. Nightcrawlers are by far the best food for pacman frogs, easy to digest, they have the best P:Ca ration for them too. You can also feed dubia.

She looks perfectly healthy, at her size she should be hungry 2x3times a week. You can do a warm bath for her to help her poop, you can add a few drops of honey to your water, but make sure the water level is no higher then frogs chin. Keep her in therefor about 20 min and then replace honey water with regular dechlor water also warm for another 20 min. During these bath you can very very gently massage that hard lump on a left side.
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
