Can female pixies have yellow colored throats?

The thing about this frog is that the reptile shop I bought it from had no knowledge of this frog. The owner even told me the females get bigger then the males, so I'm guessing the owner didn't calcium coat and feed the frog as often as it needed to be, so the growth of the frog could have been stunted the first couple of months of its life.

I would vote for female based on its throat markings but it would be impossible to be 100% sure based on that criteria alone.
