Does look bit more female right now but do see some male signs there too so maybe give it a few more weeks and we'll see how it developes.
Pretty sure it's not the same with every pyxies but remember when I first started keeping pyxies my male had the strong ridges on his back like yours while the female's back was blotchy colored and more smooth looking.
The thing about this frog is that the reptile shop I bought it from had no knowledge of this frog. The owner even told me the females get bigger then the males, so I'm guessing the owner didn't calcium coat and feed the frog as often as it needed to be, so the growth of the frog could have been stunted the first couple of months of its life.
