I have used those many times. They require a water feature about 5mm higher than the unit. Normally, frogs won't go near them due to they spout water about 2" above the unit. Also, the "fog" will only drift across whatever surface it is on. It will not build up enough for to fill a tank normally. They are really only good for accent and decorative fog. Better off going with a reptifogger or a modified ultrasonic humidifier.
