I use an exo terra night glo. Hard to see a little but it gives off enough light that you should be able to and it doesnt disturb the frogs

What type of tree frog.
My Red Eye tree frogs dislike any sort of light shining in on them at night. I have tried red and blue. Now I just use a very dim flashlight or the soft glow from my cell phone screen to go spy on them.
