I am talking about 50 to 100 night crawler not thousands, I don't run a zoo. Just one Horned Frog.
Yes, you can search internet for info. Same people that sell worms have info on culturing them. Here are examples: Worms Etc Red Wiggler Worms For Sale, European Nightcrawlers, Worm Farm Bins, Harvesters, Bait and Worms4Earth.com :: Earthworms for Sale - Composting worms and more!.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
apart from that, my tips would be to put them into a 5 gallon tub, fill it with clean soil, keep it dark, keep it cold (basement temp), dont feed them very often (too much food will almost immediately cause mites), feed them bread and apple chunks, and keep the soil only slightly moist.
Earthworms don't breed very fast- the usual compost worms are supposed to roughly double their numbers every 90 days under ideal conditions, so you're unlikely to get overrun unless you start with thousands. You'll also be removing worms as you go so a population explosion is unlikely.
If you find you're making too many worms, get another frog.
