I have some question about clown treefrog in captivity.
1. How about the longevity of them in captivity?
2. How the optimal size of the tank to keep them?
(please give me in an inch)
I'm going to get them soon, so I really want to know and do the research
about them as much as possible.
Many thanks![]()
A friend of mine has several of these and I can tell you one thing, they are very fast. They can jump far for their size. I would get as big of a tank as you can. My friend has a couple of babies in a 12x12x18 and it really is too small because if you sit and watch them they jump around a lot. His 5 adults are in a 18x18x24 and he wishes his tank was bigger. Remember they like height so go for tall tanks.
Sorry, I don't know anything about these frogs. Just kidding?
I have my two clowns in a larger critter keeper/faunarum and I have had them for over 3 years now. They are fed small crickets, bean weevils, and Drosophila hydei.
