If the seller is still trying to sell you a sick frog then i really don't think that is very professional. Ive never heard of this place that you are buying from nor have a seen reviews. I also have never heard of a frog stroke. My personal theory is that the seller was careless and the frog fell or got injured some other way. Now he is blaming the frogs circulation system to make up for his mistake. Spinal injuries very rarely end well for anyone and they are often paralyzed.
