Default UVB necesasary for pacman frogs?

I've always thought that all frogs need uvb light. But a couple of months ago I read that albino-pacmans can be burnt by the UVB because they lack pigment to protect the skin. I asked lllreptile about this (because I thought that they were the most trustworthy company out there) and they replied that no pacmans need uvb because they're nocturnal. I'm not so sure about this, so if anyone could clear this up for me that would be great

UVB is not necessary for Pacman Frogs. They are nocturnal. Albinos can have no exposure to UV radiation.

The regular morphs can benefit from 4 to 6 hours of very low power UVB, but the benefit is not much.

Actually they don't. Some frogs, specially tree frogs, do seem to benefit from light UV exposure (UVB 2-5 level) like Colleen/Jerrod mentioned. Still; they will do fine without it and will grow and reproduce well as long as food supplements are provided: http://www.frogforum.net/food-feeder...schedules.html .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
