If anyone know what this is please help; i have been treating my frog with different things but it is not getting better does anyone have a clue what is going on.

That looks like a nasty case of nose rub? Though I can't be sure.

How long has he had it?

What have you tried treating it with so far, and for how long?

How big is the frog?

Tank size?

Does he have a water set-up or a water bowl?

Have you had the water tested?
