I feed mine daily. They do not always eat, but I put fresh crickets in nice clean bowls every night and add the uneaten crickets back to the cricket bin in the morning
I hand mist all my tanks right now. The Red tank gets misted in the morning, at lunch time, and then again right before lights out.

I feed mine daily also. They eat probably 4-5 nights a week, it's always available if they want something though.
