I am now having problems with my heating and lighting, I have gone through 2 bulbs in about 7 weeks. They are the zoomed daytime blue 60 watt. However my zoomed 60 watt night time has had no problem. i turn on the daytime when i wake up and turn it off when i go to bed. I wake up at 6:00 and usually turn it off at about 8:30. I know it isnt an exact day and night 12 hour cycle. Are there any alternitives any advice? I also keep my house at about 70-77 F so it would need to raise the temp by that much. I also am having humidity troubles due to the light and the fact i live in high desert with the humidity is 40%.. if even. Any advice or solutions would be great. I love my pacman frog (Vyro pronunced Vee-ree-o) but im just having trouble keeping him but hes relativley new.
Suggest cover the screen top with aluminum foil (leave around 1 in. open around light fixture) to help retain humidity in. This will also retain heat; so you will need to use a dimmer to control the heat from bulbs or get lower wattage bulbs.
Incandescent bulbs (and compact fluorescent too) do not last long. Still if burning out in weeks you might want to keep box, receipt, and contact Zoomed about it.
Myself use 60W ceramic heat emitters because they outlast dozens of regular light bulbs. Initiall cost is higher; but got one going on two years and it's fine!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
I don't keep Pacmans, but can add my voice to how awesome Ceramic Heat emitters are! Not only do they outlast light bulbs, but they also allow you to heat the tank with the same heat source at night since the CHE do not produce any light!

If you want a light with visual light use the Exo Terra 75% concentrated basking bulb. Now this must be used with a dimmer switch and will warm the enclosure without being run at full output. It is safe for the frog as long as you do not run it at full power. They are very efficient and I use them myself. They last a long time. Anytime your tank warms up humidity will fall with the rise of the temp.
If you don't want visual light go with the CHE Digitalpunk mentioned. Make sure they are no higher than 50 watts.
