He is fattening upIf you put more green stuff in your viv, he might turn back to green too! 2 of my greys go back and forth between green and grey, one of them stays green all the time, and another I've never seen turn anything but grey-white. It's fun

aww. he's growing up! my 2 have turned brown and gray. they don't go green anymore, even with all the plants i have. i hope their adult coloration shows a touch of green at least.

i spray my guys and the viv a few times a day, so i don't think it's a humidity thing.. it's all individual.

Yes! its great. Hmm i wonder if it has anything to do with humidity? mantids will change color as well and its not always based on their surroundings, for some its based on humidity levels.

Wow really? interesting! hes still in quarantine so i dont wanna add anything quite yet. But ive got his real home set up already, its got some green in it. More brown than anything what with the substrate and bark, but still some green!He is fattening up
