Breeder in Peru

I moved to Lima, Peru several years ago. After a visit to Iquitos I became interested in the dart frogs, bromiliad and other flora and fauna indigenous to the area. I would like to start a vivarium but cannot find a breeder anywhere. It seems foolish to purchase the flora and fauna from the Iquitos area from Florida. Where may I find legal dealers in Peru? I would capture them myself but prefer to purchase from a breeder.
