Hey everyone my small pacman eats crickets like crazy but when it comes to pieces of nightcrawlers i slip in there it did not like it! Do you think it will grow out of this phase? Or is it only going to eat crickets?

Keep trying from time to time it will eventually grow out of that phase. As your frog grows it will loose its desire for crickets and long for something that is more nourishing. Worms!

Did frog actually took night crawler piece in mouth and then spit out or did it just ignore it? If a cut piece with little to no movements most frogs will ignore unless tong fed.

Pacman frogs are selective.
Some of them eat everything, some of them only nightcrawlers, etc....
I had formerly a cranwelli who never ate any Dubias and never ate any nightcrawlers....
My frog took the piece but then like a Little kid with their medicine made it evil face and then just swallowed it turned him off form eating for about three hours then he ate a few more crickets

Just keep offering them and make sure they are not Eisenia fetida (red wrigglers). Night crawlers are way more nutritious than the best gut loaded cricket.
