Hello everyone. My name is Susan. My boys, Riley and Cole have 2 wild caught grey tree frogs. The first one, we've had going on 3 years now and the newer one not quite 1 year. They are both rescue frogs-one from our lawnmower and 1 from a mean kid at school who was going to squish him/her. Unsure of their sexes, but will try the method I found on this site tonight. I know they both have pretty bright yellow on the underside of their back legs. Anyway, they seem to do really well-we have a 10 gal fishtank w/mesh top for them. We use the bedding that seems like ground bark, they have a large water dish with a ledge they like to lay half in/half out of. In the summer, we feed them wild crickets when we can find them. In the winter, we switch to pet store crickets. They are really sweet and love to cuddle in a warm hand.
Looking forward to reading posts/gaining knowledge and any info/suggestions for us.
