Hello and welcome to FF! Main thing with aquatic frogs is to never feed them freeze dried foods. A varied diet is the best you can do for yours. Can feed: chopped earthworms; pinhead crickets; roach nymphs; thawed bloodworms; gut loaded live brine shrimp; Daphnia; Grindal worms; Black worms, D. hydei fruit flies; and staple frog pellets.

IRT food amounts; I just fine tune the quantity to the frog's activity level and feeding response. You want your frogs to look meaty but not obese. Young frogs can be fed more during growth stage than full grown adults. Good luck !
