The foreground plant looks to be Hypoestes phyllostachya (Polka Dot Plant) they're nice when they stay neat and compact but if you don't keep them trimmed back they can get real leggy. I've had one (was actually a grouping of multi colored Hypoestes) for appx 5 years now and it's a brat, lol, I like Polka Dot Plants though Have taken lots of cuttings from it and made new plants in the past, but need to make more space so am keeping to the one final plant for now.
