Default Is this light ok for plants?

I have a 24w dulux l light which produces 4800k, i was wondering if this is enough to get plants to grow well. I didnt want to get LEDs because theyre quite expensive, thanks for helping,

That will not grow plants well, and some will die off completely, you need a 6500k.

How much are 6500k bulbs over there? I recently bought a 2 pack of 48" 6500k output bulbs for $9. Surely they can't be that much more? Are you buying vivarium/aquarium lights or just regular bulbs form a hardware shop?

It will grow plants. Just not as well as a 6500k or so. It will also look a bit red when viewed.
