Not absolutely sure from pic; but it could be a Grey Tree froglet. If so, here is a care guide for it: Frog Forum - Gray Tree Frog Care and Breeding. Main things are to use dechlorinated tap water (Seachem Prime or ExoTerra Aquatize are good) for the water dish (clean daily) and for mixing coco substrate if used.
Crickets should be gut loaded with carrots, lettuce, and cherios 24-48 hours before feeding frog. Remove any uneaten insects next morning (if feeding at night). If frog has open wounds you can apply plain non-analgesic) Neosporin to wound daily until healed.
