Is this cage to big for my baby?

Yes; for a 3 in. snout to vent frog a 10G tank is fine . Also; couple silk plants and covering back and 2 sides with paper or background will help reduce that frog's stress.

Welcome to the forum! Carlos is right, the cage is too open, you need to cover 3 sides of the enclosure and put some decor in, hanging plants perhaps to create a hide of sorts to help him feel safe.
