87F air temperature is too hot for a baby Pacman; need to lower that to 82F day with couple degree drop at night. Also, can't use heaters on bottom with frogs since they bury to cool off. Need to relocate the heat mat to the enclosure side or back. For overhead heat the best is to use a 60W Ceramic Heat Emitter on a dimmer type dome (Fluker's and others make them). Frogs do not need UV; but you can use a low UV tropical type light (2.0-5.0) if so desired.
