    Default Is my frog healthy?

I have a little wild caught froglet (gray tree frog), and I am wondering how to make sure hes healthy and doesn't have parasites or anything. he looks and acts very healthy, but I'm obviously not a froggy expert yet, so looking for advice. are there any specific signs I should look for to make sure he doesn't have anything?

Hello and welcome to Frog Forum
    Here is a care sheet
    http://www.frogforum.net/tree-frogs/...caresheet.html

You will need to read and study as much as possible about the species you plan to keep or happen to have now.
First, and most importantly, create the perfect environment for your frog.

Keep your 'wild caught ' frog in a QT tank while you are working on its permanent enclosure.

if he is active, eating, and color looks ok, he is probably ok. it might be good to find a herp vet and when he gets a bit bigger have him checked for parasites.

Need to locate a local herp veterinary or laboratory that can conduct fecal analysis for you. That test will determine if frog has any parasites, like worms or protozoans. They will need from you a fresh poop sample in a plastic bag and your hard earned $$ .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
