You need to get the morphed baby out of the aquarium right away or he will drown. I would put him in a new tank with damp, unprinted paper towel. You will need to get fruit flies or pinhead crickets to feed them as they morph, but keep in mind that it could take several days for the baby to eat. You will have to get some pictures so we can properly identify what species you have and its needs.

Froglet grow out home can be a small tank with screen top (5-10 gal). Use damp (dechlorinated tap) unprinted paper towels for substrate. A very small water cap with dechlorinated tap filled to froglet's chin will provide a water source. Change the water daily and the towels every couple days.
Once tail is fully resorbed, start offering fruit flies (get a culture that is starting to produce now). Crickets will initially be pinheads (feed crickets cherios, lettuce, and carrots 24-48 hours before use) and increase their size to match the distance between the froglet's eyes. Will need to use supplements; more info on that here: http://www.frogforum.net/food-feeder...schedules.html.
About 30 days after emerging you can release or move to permanent home. If Grey's, the small-tall ExoTerra (18x18x24) will do for a pair. More info on their care in here: Frog Forum - Gray Tree Frog Care and Breeding. Good luck!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
can I use a clean plastic tote as a temporary home? With a screen cover of course? my aquarium is currently full of tadpoles
it could sit on my thumbnail and have room left over
