Hello and welcome to FF! As long as you wash your hands in hot soapy water and rinse in dechlorinated tap before entering any enclosure; it will be fine. You can also use throw away gloves, they come cheap if bought by the thousands.
Still, do not recommend bare hand feeding frogs, some bite, some are toxic, and most are stressed out by it. As Michael mentioned, can get feeding tongs (plastic or SS with plastic tips) at pet shop's reptile area. Myself tong feed the larger frogs; but would not try it on smaller ones. Mainly it's an issue of handling a tiny wriggling food piece in a large plastic tipped tweezer.
