I have never seen a fittonia do that. How are you keeping it?

It hasn't been planted yet, i mist it a few times daily along with the other two plants i have. This is what it looks like:

You mist it, but do you water it? Misting is only going to give the plant a small amount of moisture. Just what it can absorb through it's leaves. They need to be watered a minimum of 2x weekly until they are inside a Viv.

I water it about that much, so that isn't the problem. It is very confusing as to why this is happening.

Are you keeping it in direct sunlight (Looks quite bright in the photo)? Because it is only meant to receive low levels of light, I noticed the colour fading due to this. Also, are you pinching it?

Pinching a plant is basically pinching the new shoots off and preventing the plant (when it is looking its best) from sapping all its energy from the good looking leaves, for the young shoots etc.
The leaves are bleached, due to too much light being allowed to touch it, it happens and won't kill or diminish the plant however, if you have new shoots... Well, I don't need to explain lol

    Kind regards,

    Joshua Ralph
