My frog communicates with me

One of my axolotls, Artie, will poise himself at the part of the tank where the pellets usually land, and sit there, with his head tilted upward, staring at me until he's fed.

One of my leopard geckos, Indi, follows my movements and will walk the length of her cage to keep watching me, hoping that it's feeding time.

My birds will do laps around the living room and buzz our heads if we're late with lunch.

Animals get pretty serious about their food. Just ask Pavlov.

I think my cereal tries to communicate with me every morning. It says "oooooooo". Lul.
