The dark stripe running from the snout to the middle of the head does indicate H.faber.
It's your native frog so you won't be having problems keeping it warm or humid. Just start of with a tall tank/enclosure maybe 4-6 feet high and maybe 3-4 feet wide with a mesh top since it is a big frog and fill it with your native broad-leaved plants and maybe a huge/wide water dish.
A tree frog that big could easily tackle a small mice, large crickets even beetles maybe
