Just thought I would give you an update on Inshallah & Philomenia. (my deformed frogs) I have posted a photo of when I first got them in March and then 2 photo"s of them now. They seen to be doing really well and are eating and getting around just fine. As some of you no I was concerned that I was doing the wrong thing by keeping them. I feel I have now.
I do realise their legs will never be normal but they definatly have improved and are growing. Im so pleased.
Like I said the day you found them, either raise them or euthanize them, they were doomed in the wild. You did the right thing and they look great. I am so proud of you and I love those little guys. I can't wait until they are adults and see how the legs grow. Good job Ebony!
Thanks Paul![]()
They look great Ebony! You did a good thing![]()
Thanks Jess![]()
Very good job.
Ebony, what you did and continue to do is absolutely amazing! You have set an amazing example of what a great person can do with a little love and patience. Way to go!
Thank you Jace and Kurt, I got to say though that its all them. They are such strong tough little rascals. When I was taking the photo's Philomenia would keep jumping at the camera. Inshallah was too busy eating as many locusts as possible. Lol![]()
I have to say though that Ive grown quite attached to them. At first I didn't want to just in case they had problems. But now I feel I can.
I think a lot of us have gotten attached to them. Those little frogs are getting love from all over the world!!![]()
Thanks Jace. If only they knew how much they are loved.![]()
