    Default Pygmy chameleons!

So my new additions came in today, two adorable little Pygmy chameleons! The female is super friendly and instantly climbed on my hand out of the container she was shipped in. The male is pretty timid and shy and took a bit longer.

The one thing that concerned me is we had their door open to fix a couple of things in their enclosure and what not and the male gradually made his way over to the opening. Then once the female saw he was making his way over there she booked it over to him and tried grabbing him with her pinchers. We ended up having to (gently of course) direct her another way. She did it again inside of the enclosure but fell before she could get to him. I'm assuming it was just stress, being hungry and thirsty from their journey since after they were fed and watered they picked their spot and haven't moved.

Anywho, here's the girl I'll take one of the boy once he's settled in a bit more.

Those are very cute , good luck with them! Saw a nice colored baby Ambilobe Panther at a recent show, around the same size as yours, and had to drag myself away from it. Well... had to drag myself away from lots of animals in there .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

Nice, what species? I have a couple of temporalis. The female looks like a brevicaudatus. Got any pics of the male?

    Sweet, they are awesome.
We also keep chameleons, Some Malagasy species and a few montane ones from Tanzania, Cameroon and Kenya.
Of the dwarf chams we keep a breeding group of Rhampholeon spinosus, and are planning to get some Brookesia superciliaris that will be kept in a big mixed Madagascar biotope tank we are curently working on.

Thanks guys and yes they're both brevs, it's kind of cool when they squish their bodies to look like leaves and change their colors. They even sway back and forth, luckily it's only happened once when I was checking on them.

These are the only ones I have of the male so far, he likes to sleep in some pretty weird places so it's hard to get a good one haha

The females different colors I've seen so far:
