my Eastern Gray treefrog tadpole resorbed his tail sunday night into monday. he has not eaten yet, but just now i have been watching him, he is at the floor of the enclosure-( bare bottom) and he seemed to be heaving, like he had to vomit. The closer i looked, it seemed he might be eating a shed? Is this possible at 5 days along? Maybe that is why he has not eaten yet? he is so small it's hard to see anything..
update- Sticky is hunting his food now. Yay!. he is not getting very many, but he's learning. at least he has the prey drive.
Glad he is starting to hunt for you! Do you have any pics of the little fella?
