I was thinking of is which is the best way to feed TREF, i am new with this kind of animals but i have another long experience having iguana, aquarium and aquatic turtles, so in the case for turtles i like to giving them small fishes so that way the turtles have to swim a lot to catch the fishes and make some exercise, so for the frogs is the better way to let the crickets around so the frog can make a little exercise or well is better and a healthy way to use the cricket bowl technique, so for the bowl cricket technique i was wondering on how the exo terra feeding rock http://www.exo-terra.com/en/products/feeding_rock.php will work with the frogs
I use to just drop crickets in the tank for my Reds but now I feed them from a bowl. TO many crickets were escaping and hiding then dying in the tank. I always recommend bowel feeding when possible.

I agree
I feed my tree frogs from bowls as well
some ideas here:

If they have never been fed this way.....it might be best to start by feeding them both ways until you are sure they get the hang of the bowl. You want to see them getting in the bowl
