This has been an awful experience for you. Im very pleased you are sending him the photo of the lids. That clearly indicates where the damage was coursed. He needs to know that you have to package frogs very carefully and a container with a bit of paper toweling just doesn't cut it. This makes me so mad as even though you are showing him where he went wrong it sounds to me that he is too arrogant to even take it on board. Sorry you had to go through this. The other frogs went through a rough time and im pleased that they will be happy and safe with you.
