There are no commonly available red fluorescent bulbs. However, you can easily get red incandescents in many voltages to suit most needs.

There are red translucent sleeves that slip over the white tubes. Also, some online companies sell red compact fluorescents. Just search for "red fluorescents" and will find sources. Good luck !
