African Dwarf Frog Dying - Help!
Hi all,
My ADF seems to be sick. I have had her (I'm pretty sure it's a female) for about 6 months in a 10 gallon tank with another ADF, grown Molly, and 4 Molly fry. Both ADFs have been acting weird the last 3 days. One has been in hiding in a cave and has not been coming out to eat very much. The other one (which I am writing about) has been floating toward the top of the surface and also refusing to eat (even when I put the bloodworms right up to her mouth). I also think her ventral (stomach) side seems to be more blue in coloring that usual. She hardly even moves when I touch her and will only scurry away if I touch her for a while.
I had 2 of the 4 Molly fry die unexpectedly a few days ago (I used to have 6, now I'm down to 4), so I did a 50% water change. Because of that, I think there's something really wrong. Before doing the change, nitrite levels were a bit high, but nothing else seemed off. I attached 4 pictures (click on them for a bigger photo), hopefully they can help. Any help or ideas?
