Have always been afraid of toads until recently.
Just bought these two yesterday.
First up male Southern toad
American toad.
These two started hunting down crickets right away.
Here's link to pictures of my FBTs.

Welcome to the Forum and congrats on your new additions. They are two very nice looking toads.
Thanks
I just got done baking two trays of dirt from my backyard for these two. Still not exactly sure how I'm going to decorate their tank yet.
Do you still have the pyxie in your avatar?
Aww. They're cute!
Hi there and welcome to the forum. Lovely, healthy looking Toads
Welcome to the forum. I'm so glad you're here. Nice looking toads, similar to mine except thery're brown.
Hello! Glad to hear you are no longer afraid of toads!
They are good looking frogs, have you had a chance to name them yet?
Also great photos!
I would love to see a pic of your setup when you are finished. Those pics of your toads have me thinking I might need to keep an eye out for one myself!
For some reason the avatars were not working for a bit there. That is my male Pyxie, Gherkin, who almost 8 years old.
Thanks
Thanks for welcome
Thanks
American toad is darker today. Not sure if it has to do with lights being on for long period or cooler temperature where they're kept.
Thanks
These two are small so it's not too bad. Don't know how I'll react if I see a huge Cane toad though.
No names yet.
Used to keep three pyxies myself along with a few horned frogs and some tiger salamanders but I sold everything after my big male pyxie died in an accident. Now I'm just slowly trying to get back into the amphibian hobby.
Toad setup is pretty much complete here are a few new pix. lol don't mind the blue walls this room is a small basement closet that was painted like that by previous owner.
