    Default Albino Woodhouse Toadlet

I went to a local pet store today and came across a albino woodhouse toadlet. Of course I couldnt pass the little o e up. Ive been looking into getting some woodhouse toads actually haha
Anywho they told me it was a tomato frog that a lady had ordered from them and she had returned him because he wasnt eating. He seems spunky so im hoping I can get him to eat. He is very small so im wondering if he recently turned I to a toad from a tadpole
I also wondered what a good temp and humidity would be for him?

    Here the little guys is

Can anyone help with temps? I seen a care article on here for toads and it says around 59-77 degrees F. Does that sound right for woodhouse toads? I just wanna make sure I have everything set up right for him!

great!! they will thrive in room temperature.. im in califronia btw.. i have 3 of these guys.. 2 females and 1 male..mine used to be that size and now my females are 4 inches and the male is 3 inches. theyre 5 months old.. when you feed them make sure theres a lot, and make sure theyre moving, best example is crickets.. reason is because theyre albino, meaning theyre kind of blind.. so when the crix move its easy for them.. plus they tend to miss theyre food with their tongue easily.. but yeah good luck with yours..

Congrats on your cutie one! Here is the care guide you should follow: Frog Forum - Toad Basics - Keeping ground-dwelling Toads. A care sheet for Bufo, Anaxyrus, Spea, Scaphiopus, Ollotis, Alytes, Pelobates. Wonder who could mistake an Albino Woodhouse Toad for a Tomato frog ?
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
