Hello. I am in the Mid-West area of the United States (st. Louis Missouri to be exact) and I am looking to get a new Leopard Frog Tadpole for a companion for Chip. I bought him with a buddy, but he/she died shortly after morphing because she did not develop right. Now Chip is alone and has lost interest in everything, all he does is sit on his leaf and stare out the side of the plastic pond I have him in. He is growing so slowly because he does not even want to eat since he lost his buddy, he only eats a little bit now. I need to get a new leopard frog tadpole to keep him company before he gives up on life completely. I want to find someone near me so that I can drive to meet up with them to get the new baby. I don't want to ship another tadpole and I feel like the place I bought them from may not have had the highest standards for caring for their tadpoles after what I saw Cookie go through when she morphed. If anyone is in the St. Louis area and has some leopard frog tadpoles they need to find new homes for, I would be happy to have one or two of them. Like I said, I will drive to meet up with you. I don't have a lot of money to spend, but if you really insist on selling them I will try to work out something. I really need to get Chip a buddy before it is too late. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope that I can find someone who has some Leopard frog tads they need to rehome?! I have several other species of frog in my care and I have their pics posted in my albums if you want to see how I keep them and if they are healthy. I can promise you that if I get a tadpole from you that it will be well taken care of and loved it's whole life through. All of my babies are well cared for and happy. Thanks again for you time. If you can help me out with this, both Chip and I will be very grateful! You can reply here or send me a PM if you are able to help us out. Thanks so much.
Sincerely; MsBlueRose and Chip![]()

Thanks so much guys. I was not looking forward to using the same store again to replace my lost tad... I am still looking for a new baby, but I think I have found the perfect place to get one. He will be wild caught though. I found a pond near me that has a lot of leopard frog babies and tads around it. I will be going out this weekend to try and get me one. Thanks again!![]()
