I'm very sorry about the frog accident . Is Clove Oil available locally? You can place the toad in a bit of water to it's chin on a bowl. Then start adding drops of Clove Oil until it is anesthetized and stops responding to stimuli (lightly touch or blow onto eyes). Then freeze the bowl; freezing will be painless because frog will be out already.
