Would you please be more specific and answer all questions. Dont think we are picky, but definition of normal is different for different people. There are so many things that could go wrong, it is very hard to point what is wrong over internet without seeing frog in person, all information, specific information in particular, is crucial for us to try to help you.
Please include pic of a frog and its enclosure too.
