    Default Bloodworms for tadpole?

I just read on another website that one can feed bloodworms to American Bullfrog tadpoles. Just wondering if this was accurate information or not. Poe is constantly chowing down on fish flakes, but I have some bloodworms hanging out in the freezer....

Hi Jo-Anna, I don't know how I missed this question, sorry.
The staple diet should be flake fish food but as the tad grows larger it can eat bloodworms. Just offer it some now and then and see if it takes them. Thaw them first of course. Try live bloodworms if it won't take dead ones.

Thanks Paul. The tadpole always seems to be hungry and searching for food and I put fish flakes in there several times a day. It is about 2 1/2" long, so I think it would be big enough to handle bloodworms. I will give it a shot today after I do a water change.
