What kind of tree frog? There's a lot of good care sheets out there, and if you're unsure what kind it is, someone might be able to help identify it for you.

As far as fully grown, do you mean from tadpole to froglet? Or froglet to adult? I feed my Pacific Chorus froglets fruit flies for now because they're still so small. Soon I'll be feeding them crickets and flies. The most basic things you'll need is a vertical tank (the bigger the better) plenty of things to climb on, and a water bowl. Good luck!
