Help with adf care

Hi everyone!
Im getting some dwarfs soon and i just had a few questions about their care.
1) What kind of filter should i get at petsmart?
2) Should i leave the bottom bare or put in gravel?
3) How many can go in a ten gal.?
4) What are all of the feeder options(I heard somewhere that alot of people are allergic to bloodworms. I have food allergies so I dont want another one to worry about lol)?
5) How often should they be fed?

1. a filter with little flow i find the whispers do well
2. Bigger than they can swallow. i go with bigger than the head
3. I would say 1 per gallon so 10 but this is fairly disputed as with any tank size for an animal
4. dont really know mine eat reptomin frog pellets just fine but i do breed guppies as feeders so every know and then they eat the fry

I have larger size rock gravel.

I have a hang on back Aquaclear filter with an adjustable flow.

I keep three adf's in a 29 gallon tank with a number of fish. My tank is heavily planted. In a ten with only frogs I would probably do 6-8.

They like hiding spots. Little caves and plants are good.

I feed mine zoomed pellets in an oyster shell.

I have a journal on bettafish.com called betta testing, where I talk a lot about my adf's and have a lot of pictures.

1) Sponge filters work well too. Just be aware that high flow filters can injure the frog.
2) Either way is fine. I keep my tanks without substrate.
3) No more than 5 to a 10 gallon tank (just an opinion).
4) No freeze-dried foods of any kind (live or frozen/thawed) is OK. Freeze-dried foods cause bloating.
