I'm looking into a set up for D.Azures (I think their spelt) as I really like their colour personally, and read that the are one of the advised for people new to darts. I currently have a 90cmx45cmx45cm exo which I will be setting up for them (all modified before adding frogs). I would like to have a filter as to create a running water system, a fogger and a rain system (I know they don't require all of them but will have them on timers at different stages of the day) also I'd like to be adding small amounts of fresh clean water via these methods and regularly removing older water. I aim to make the whole set up myself and would like a little (very shallow) pond as to keep an eye on the water table. At the minute I'm fishing for help on the best substrates and false bottom layers that will help achieve my ideas I know there are several that are usually recommended but wanted a seasoned keepers opinions on such as to what they recommended will be the best options for the frogs and plants a like. I have done a lot of reading but still can't decide where to start lol
