The best treatment option is flamazine, neosporin without painkillers might work, but it is antibiotic only, fights bacteria, flamazine is actually helping it heal and works as antibacterial agent too. Use it 2-3 times a day, applying thin layer to the wound with qtip. If not better in 5-7 days or getting worse you will need to go to the vet for systemic antibiotics.

A frog must be in hospital set up - wet papertowels changed daily, all 4 sides of the enclosure covered, plant of sorts, something to sit on, water dish, food, humidity, temps as usual, make sure you supplement food with multivitamins once a week.

Flamazine is silver sulfadiazine cream, it is used in human medicine for treating burns, it should be available over the counter or at vet clinics. I guess different rules apply to different countries/provinces/states. I think dr. Frye can ship it to anywhere in US, his contact info is in a sticky thread.
