If you follow the guideline of keeping their crickets no larger than the distance between their eyes you'll have the proper sized insects. Too large of crickets can lead to rectal prolapse. It's better to feed a few more little ones than larger ones. Even my big old red eyes are fed only 1/2 to 3/4" crickets. The smaller crickets have softer bodies and legs also.
Whites are great eaters. You can feed them daily as babies. Adults should only eat every couple of days or they may become obese. Babies and juveniles should have nice round tummies but they should not be obese.
Be sure to read the care sheet. They need a ambient tank temp and a corner basking area to digest nicely. Be sure to also do every other day calcium with vitamin D3 dustings and a weekly multivitamin dusting to keep them healthy.
Cute little ones you've gotten. Welcome to the forum!
