Has anyone had any problems using tap water for their pacman frogs?
Tap water is safe for frogs as long as it is treated with something to remove the chlorine from it.

Hello and welcome to FF ! Tap water is safe in very few localities, since most cities treat it with chloramines which will hurt your frog. Gone are the days of letting tap water "air out" for couple days to get rid of chlorine ; chloramines are stable and will not gas out.
Today's better dechlorinators will also neutralize heavy metals and other bad stuff. Myself recommend Seachem's Prime or ExoTerra's Aquatize. For more info on the subject you can read this thread: http://www.frogforum.net/vivarium-te...hing-else.html.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
So if it is regular tap water can it kill a pacman frog?
If your tap water has added chloramines or any chlorine type chemicals; it's untreated use will damage and eventually kill your Pacman's or any frogs for that matter .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
