This bill has NOT passed ..........YET !
However, if you want to help ...email the person on the letter and do all you can to keep it from doing so kn your state.
This will likely begin to happen in each state one-by- one.
These bills 'sneak in'.
Every pet shop in VA shod have prepared material for this for every customer that comes in their
doors ! Perhaps the person ( email ) on the letter has started FB or twitter page?'
The only way to find out is to contact that person asap.
Soon.......... we won't be able to own those "dangerous" cats and dogs either!

That list is very strange and appears to be disinformation. If you read it, it says farming animals are not allowed. West Virginia did pass a law against dangerous animals last March. Can read more about it and get bill in here: West Virginia House Bill 4393 | USARK

If that's what they're going to ban, then that's a ridiculous list of animals to mandate! . . . . Farm animals, neon tetras, tree frogs, etc. . . . What are they thinking?! I hope that bill doesn't pass!
