Oh My goodness you should totally make a calender! Very photogenic!! Im not even kidding either. There are a few diy websites for that kind of thing I think.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I have actually been thinking about making him a hilarious little Facebook page or something like that, actually. But a calendar would be cool too! I may need to look into this when I have the extra cash

Yes he is undersized for his age. Most don't reach their full potential so it isn't uncommon to have them not reach7" to 8" in captivity. Many wild males have been reported in their natural habitat reaching lengths up to 10" SVL.

Mine is just over a year old and he is 7" SVL and weighs over 2 pounds.


He has out grown his water dish, but he never uses it unless I place him in. He prefers his large rock hide and will remain hiding under it for days. I even have to remove the hide off him to feed.
