Hi neither the Roach Bin Cleaners Larvae nor the Beetles can climb the walls of anything like a plastic rubbermaid type bin or glass. The larvae can only crawl something that is very rough or textured so anything that is smooth as a container is fine no worries. The adult form of the first species of beetles only lives a few weeks so you will mainly only see larval form. The beetles may live for several weeks and lay eggs. The second species produce an adult beetle that may live for a year. For this reason at some point usually many months to years down the road you may desire to cull out some adult beetles. Because of the life cycles they pretty much control themselves. If you need to however cull them then This is easy and provides you with beetles you can feed out, expand to new bins, sell, trade or give away.

The Cleaner Crew are 2 species of larval stage miniworms and beetles. They feed ONLY on Dead & Decaying Material & miniscule grains keeping your bin free of mold and decay as well as smells.

Roach bin Cleaner Crew come packaged in a small amount of grain. Simply dump them in your bins and the roaches eat the grain that remains while the cleaning crew peacefully coexist waiting for the opportunity to clean.
